Quick Start Guide

Get your clinic up and running in minutes! Follow these steps to go from registration to your first appointment.

Step 1: Register Your Clinic

  • Go to beeseen.clinic/auth
  • Click Create Account
  • Enter your clinic name and email
  • Choose your password
  • Select your primary specialty
    • 💡Your 14-day free trial includes full Premium features — no credit card required!

    Step 2: Complete Onboarding

    After registration, the onboarding wizard guides you through essential setup:

    Clinic Profile

    • Upload your clinic logo
    • Enter contact information (address, phone, email)
    • Set working hours
    • Write a brief clinic description

    Add Your First Doctor

    • Enter doctor name and specialty
    • Upload a professional photo
    • Set their available hours

    Configure Services

    • Add 3-5 of your most common services
    • Set prices for each service
    • Services appear on your booking page

    Setup Notifications

    • Email is enabled by default
    • Optionally connect SMS (via Twilio)
    • Optionally connect WhatsApp Business

    Test Booking

    • Book a test appointment to see the full flow
    • Verify notifications are working

    Step 3: Customize Your Website

    Your clinic gets a public website automatically at yourslug.beeseen.clinic

    Customize it:

  • Go to Settings → Website
  • Choose a template (medical, dental, diet, dermatology)
  • Edit SEO settings (meta title, description)
  • Toggle features like reviews visibility
    • ℹī¸Growth and above plans can use custom domains like www.yourclinic.com

    Step 4: Invite Your Team

    Don't work alone! Invite staff members:

  • Go to Settings → Staff
  • Click Invite Staff
  • Enter email and select role:
    • - Doctor — sees patients, writes records - Receptionist — manages appointments, queue - Accountant — handles payments, reports

    Each person receives an email to set up their account.

    Step 5: Go Live!

    You're ready to accept real patients:

  • Share your booking link on social media
  • Add the booking widget to your existing website
  • Print QR codes for the waiting room
  • Update your Google Business profile with the new link
