Email Settings

Configure in Settings → Notifications → Email:

Sender Details

  • From Name: "Dr. Ahmed's Clinic" or clinic name
  • From Email: Uses verified domain
  • Reply-To: Your support email

Templates

Customize each email template:

  • Go to Settings → Email Templates
  • Select template type
  • Edit subject and body
  • Use placeholders like {patient_name}, {appointment_date}
  • Preview and save
  • 💡Templates support both Arabic and English — we auto-send based on patient's preferred language!

    Deliverability

    Best Practices

    • Keep subject lines clear and short
    • Avoid spam trigger words
    • Include unsubscribe link (automatic)
    • Use your clinic name consistently

    Email Providers

    BeeSeen uses enterprise email infrastructure:

    • High deliverability rates
    • SPF/DKIM/DMARC configured
    • Bounce handling
    • Open tracking (optional)

    Troubleshooting

    Email Not Received?

    Check:

  • Spam/junk folder
  • Correct email address in patient profile
  • Email service logs in Settings → Email Logs
  • Patient didn't unsubscribe
  • Email Looks Wrong?

  • Check template formatting
  • Test send to yourself
  • View on multiple email clients
