Configuring Schedules
Doctor Availability
Each doctor has their own schedule. Configure it in Settings â Doctors â [Doctor Name] â Schedule.
Settings for each day:
- Working hours â e.g., 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Slot duration â default time per appointment (15, 20, 30, 45, or 60 min)
- Break times â block out lunch or prayer breaks
- Max appointments â limit daily patient count

- Today's View â focus on current day
- Week View â see the week ahead
- Month View â plan ahead
Filtering & Search
Filter appointments by:
- Doctor
- Status (scheduled, confirmed, completed, cancelled, no-show)
- Date range
- Service type
Appointment Details
Click any appointment to see:
- Patient information
- Appointment history
- Notes from previous visits
- Quick actions (reschedule, cancel, check-in)
Reminders & Notifications
Automatic Reminders
BeeSeen sends reminders automatically:
